How many users will the software support ?

The software is licensed for installation on a single Windows computer.

Can this software be used with Beacon Link's 'Stock +' ?

Stock + provides it's own barcode label printing facilities, so customers of Stock + do not need to also purchase this software.

Can this software be used with Sage 'Paypoint' ?

Yes, if Paypoint is connected to Sage Line 50.  The EAN barcodes are read from the same 'Com Code Description' field.

Can I print different size labels for physically different sized products ?

Yes, this software supports an unlimited number of different label designs, which can be selected on a product-by-product basis.

What versions of Sage Software are compatible ?

Sage Line 50 is required from Version 9 through to 12, and Version 2007, and can be Accountant, Accountant Plus, or Financial Controller. 

What operating system is supported ?

The software is only supplied for Windows XP.

Which printer hardware is compatible ?

The software can print to either thermal printers (rolls of labels) or A4 "Avery" sheets, so in that sense this software is compatible with any standard A4 laser printer.

For the convenience of tear-off labels, we recommend the Zebra range of thermal barcode printers.

Can it print EAN-13 barcodes ?

Yes, you can print EAN-13 (or the smaller EAN-8) barcodes using both Crystal Reports or BarTender report engines. We recommend you save the EAN barcode into one of two fields in Sage Line 50; namely the Commodity Code Description or Supplier Part Numbers code.

Can I design my own label formats ?

Yes, you can custom design your own labels with a choice of two third-party products:

• Crystal Report (Version 10 or later)

• BarTender from Seagull Scientific (Version 7 or later)
