Overview This simple tool uses barcode scanning in the warehouse, to eliminate errors with order picking and despatch. This technology provides the assurance that the right goods are despatched to the right customer. Pick-Lists Errors with paper pick-lists are eliminated. Orders are downloaded from Line 50 to the terminal once the stock has been allocated and despatched and the Invoice generated. The picker is then guided through the on-screen picklist without needing to be familiar with either the products or their locations.

Simple to use Items can be sorted to create the most efficient journey through the warehouse, sorting by product code or by bin/location. Single-handed operation means the device is as easy-to-use as a mobile phone. Each item is scanned for confirmation. Clear audible and visual alerts are given if the user attempts to pick the wrong item. |

Verify the Delivery Note The terminal can also prompt the picker to scan and verify the Delivery Note on completion of each pick. This prevents the elementary gaffe of attaching the wrong Delivery Note to the wrong parcel.

Courier Consignment Numbers Consignment reference numbers
from the Courier or Royal Mail can be scanned-in for each
order. This information is written back to Line 50 thereby
storing the relevant despatch details.
