Updating Stock in Sage Line 50
This system is purposefully designed to operate with the stock module provided in Sage Line 50 Financial Controller.

 

  

Easy to manage
You don't need to run the same stock-take every time. The comprehensive 'list-builder' can be used to create an unlimited number of different stock-takes.

 

East to use
The software is intuitive and easy to use, making it suitable for both permanent and temporary staff.  The intuitive terminal uses finger-touch on-screen buttons to guide the operator through their work.

 
  Comprehensive Stock Lists
Divide the whole of a large stock holding into manageable sizes. This makes it easier to run stock-takes on a small section of stock, by stock category, or only items from the same supplier.

 
Month End, Quarter End, and End-Of-Year.
It is simple to prepare different stock lists for use at different times. This makes it easy to count high value items on a frequent basis, and 100% of all items at the year-end.

At regular times you can count only the most valuable items, or schedule stock-takes for particular products.

 
 

Re-Counts
A built-in quality control loop means stock count discrepancies can be immediately returned to the operator for re-counting. All stock counts can be reviewed before committing any changes back to Sage Line 50. This means that you, as the Manager, always have full control on what stock levels are shown in Sage.
 
  Multiple Terminals
Multiple terminals can be used simultaneously at the same or different locations. The same list of items can be assigned to two (or more) members of staff and their results double-checked against each other. Any discrepancies can be reviewed on-screen before committing a final count to Sage.
