Stock+ adds Batch/Lot traceability to Sage Line 50
It is becoming increasingly vital in many industries to track the receipt and despatch of specific batches of stock, by lot number, best-before date, or revision number etc.
Stock+ adds this capability to Sage Line 50 by scanning the relevant lot/batch details as new stock is received and again when despatched.
This generates a detailed audit trail of all stock movements, allowing you to identify at a later date when and where a specific lot was received from, and to whom it was subsequently despatched.
We support
- Batch/Lot Numbers
- Best Before & Expiration Dates
- FIFO/LIFO picking
- GS1 conformity
- Quarantining
- Sales Price & Cost Pricing By Batch
When picking Sales Orders, stock can be picked according to FIFO (First In - First Out), LIFO (Last In - First Out), in ascending/descending sequence, or by preferred picking locations.
Three additional user-definable fields allow you to add additional attributes to each lot, for example ..
- Use-by date
- Expiry date
- Job number
- Manufacturer id
- software revision
- Identification numbers
- etc.
Highly configurable, the system can also be configured to allow distinct lots/batches in a single bin location, mixes of batches at a single location, or multiple lots stored in multiple locations.
